Our team leaders combine about 100 years’ experience in trading, investment and risk management in the fields of fixed income, equities, commodities and foreign exchange currency trading, gained in leading financial institutions prior to joining RAM Capital.

  • Shelly Vionnet

    Shelly Vionnet

    Director and Compliance Officer

    Shelly is our Director and Compliance Officer since November 2017.

    She is a consultant in outsourced Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate services with over 25 years of experience in International Management. Formerly, she had worked at RAM for 3 years as General Manager and Compliance Officer. She joined us after working with UBS, where she was Head of Market Development for the Turkish market, a management role that included responsibility for marketing strategy and new project development in Turkey, as well as the training of around 100+ client-service staff. Shelly speaks three languages and continued her professional and financial training by participating in a private MBA program as well as various Compliance, Commodity & trade finance and Risk assessment trainings.

    Levent Zaim

    Executive Vice President - Chief Investment Officer

    Levent is an executive vice president and joined RAM Capital SA in January 2015.

    He was previously a member of FIBA Group, where he worked as trader in fund company and treasury manager in Credit Europe Bank (Suisse) S.A. In 2014 he left the bank to set up portfolio management for RAM Capital SA.

    Levent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geneva School of Economics and Management (HEC) from Université de Genève, Switzerland.

  • Cyrill Moity

    Cyrill Moity

    Senior Vice President - Head of Marketing

    Cyrill Moity is the Senior Vice President at RAM Capital Asia, which he joined in 2018.

    He is responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and managing all marketing initiatives and operations to develop new markets and new clients. He was formerly the Managing Director and co-founder of Real Value Management, where he had the overall responsibility for marketing and communication activities. Prior to Real Value Management, he also worked at Wylesight Consultant and Fundana SA as a CFO/Partner and Head of Middle Operations, respectively.

    He holds a BSc in Finance Business Administration from HEC Montreal.

  • Dilara Sarper

    Vice President - Operations

    Dilara Sarper is the Vice President of Operations at RAM Capital, and joined the team in June 2018.

    After achieving her Swiss Federal Examination Bilingual Diploma, she decided to study in the fast pace city of London, and additionally accepted an Erasmus challenge in Madrid, which resulted in the chance of mastering 4 languages.

    She then started her career within Tesla, California-based company founded by Elon Musk which’s objective is to achieve a sustainable energy future. It is in the Marketing and Events Department in Geneva where she evolved for more than 2 years, planned and managed 3 events per week, constantly working on different Projects in order to achieve the sales objectives, participated in the execution of the launch of the new models in Geneva (Model X) and new stores in Switzerland, and was as well given the responsibility of managing a pop up store in Gstaad for few months. She then decided to join RAM Capital and build new competences and skills in this evolving industry which has always captivated her.

    She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Westminster London, in England.

  • Vincent Sorba

    Associate - Operations

    Vincent Sorba has been an assistant in Operations Department since he joined RAM Capital SA in January 2019.

    During his studies, he had the opportunity to make an Erasmus in Italy, in Bologna, where he could improve his knowledge in various sectors such as politics, social and economic sectors. He also had an internship in Sales and Asset Management at MFM Mirante Fund Management in Lausanne and Zürich, where he could understand the challenges of different departments, giving him the taste for polyvalence.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social sciences from Université de Fribourg, Switzerland.
